Delivery Policy

Digital delivery

All Lumademy courses and services are 100% digital. Nothing physical is shipped, so there are no delivery charges.

When and how you receive it

• As soon as your payment succeeds you are enrolled automatically, usually within 1 to 5 minutes.
• A confirmation email with your login details is sent to the email you bought with. Sign in and open your dashboard to start watching.
• The Luma Studio access included with your course is switched on automatically for the same email.
• Lessons are available any time, at your own pace, on mobile or desktop.
• Your certificate can be downloaded from your dashboard once you finish every lesson.

Paid but no access?

If you have no access 30 minutes after paying, check your spam folder first, then contact us with your order reference (LM-XXXXXX) or transaction ID. We resolve it within 2 business days, usually much sooner.

What you need

A working email address and an internet connection. A mistyped email can delay access, so please check it at checkout.
